Your First Visit

The first step towards your new smile is a consultation with our specialist orthodontist, Olivia.

Your experience at Olivia Rogers Orthodontics is our priority. You will be warmly welcomed to our rooms at The Gap Village Shopping Centre by our friendly staff.

No referral is necessary to see us.

At the initial consultation, Olivia enjoys getting to know her patients. She will listen to and discuss your concerns, such as crooked teeth, a malaligned jaw, or bad bite. Enough time is set aside to discuss your treatment goals and expectations, and for you to understand what is involved with orthodontic treatment.

Olivia believes that successful orthodontic treatment centres on a consistent diagnostic process. Therefore, at your first visit she will collate lots of information, from which she will formulate your customised treatment plan.

For straightforward braces or aligner cases, the start of treatment can be arranged at the following appointment.

However, not all cases are simple or clear cut and therefore warrant more thought and investigation. In such instances, a second appointment will be made at no additional fee, to further discuss all findings and to consolidate the best treatment plan.

Finally, detailed and comprehensive written reports will be sent to you and your referring practitioner.

To maximise your access to orthodontic care, we offer a range of flexible payment options. Whether you would like to pay a discounted full-fee up front, follow our routine payment plan, or devise your own payment plan to best suit your needs, the choice is yours.

All payment plans are interest free.

We realise that having more than one family member in treatment at a time can seem overwhelming. Therefore, we gladly offer a discount on treatment for additional immediate family members.

The cost of your treatment is determined after your consultation, simply because the treatment is customised to you. An accurate fee quote is issued prior to starting treatment that includes the full orthodontic plan and two years of retainer checks after active treatment.
